SEAL Hybrid Performance makes use of the world's best cardio equipment from Concept 2 in USA!

Olympic Barbells & Plates
The bread & butter of any fitness facility. We have both male and female barbells with over 200kg of bumper plates!

CrossFit Style Rig & Benches
Dual wall mounted combo squat racks along with adjustable benches allow us to train 4 clients simultaneously if needed.

Dumbbells & Kettlebells
The perfect tools for the job, we have an array of top quality kettlebells and dumbbells up to 32kg!

Our Methods
At SEAL Hybrid Performance we have a methodology of making use of all fitness genres as we pick out elements where we can get the most bang for our buck! Our training philosophy is scalable, sustainable and adaptable for all levels of fitness. It doesn't matter whether you are female, male, an ironman or just beginning, we can facilitate a challenging and enjoyable program to push your limits and reach your goals!

Functional Bodybuilding
Our functional style of weightlifting will have you balancing, hinging and lifting weights in a manner that can cross over to all aspects of life. The added benefit is an aesthetic spin off we all want!

CrossFit Style
Our CrossFit style of training allows us to link up different aspects of fitness together and pushes our clients to not only look good, but also move well!

Strength Training
For our more serious athletes, we put a great amount of emphasis on our strength training. The reasoning being, is this aspect of training is easily measurable and informs us if we are progressing at an effective rate

HIIT
Standing for High Intensity Interval Training, this training is exactly what it says! Challenging and extremely efficient at increasing your cardiovascular threshold
Our Monthly Packages
All our packages are to be booked and paid for up front on a monthly basis. We do not allow for carry over sessions or cancelled sessions to be used at a later day. SEAL Hybrid Performance would like to install a sense of commitment and responsibility between our trainers and clients!
